A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.

When you email us, the message may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related communication. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Polk County Sheriff's Records, the Polk County Clerk of Circuit Court, Wisconsin DOJ's Crime Information Bureau, and the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry Program remain the relevant official custodians. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report or a file about another person, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search tools. Their privacy terms, retention periods, and disclosure practices govern any information submitted to them. Review a provider's policy before sending a query because we do not control its processing.

Links may lead to Polk County offices, Wisconsin courts, state agencies, or other services. Once you leave this website, the destination's policy applies. Check it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may also use their systems to measure activity across websites and select ads.
